Nyssa products make wonderful gifts...but sometimes a gift giver might not have gotten the size quite right. That's no problem! We're happy to exchange eligible items for the correct size.

If you think you know what size you'd like, you can begin your exchange through our self-service portal—the gift giver never needs to know. 

You will need your order number and the shipping zip code. Please contact customer service with the gift giver's name and email address if you need assistance finding that information.
