What items are eligible for return?Updated a year ago

Ice/heat packs, pads, and the VieVision Mirror are all final sale items. Partner items sold through the Nyssa shop (eg. Lunette Menstrual Cups) are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

FourthWear & VieWear Underwear are only eligible for exchange, unless the original packaging is completely intact and unopened. If you would like to return your unopened underwear purchase, please contact customer service directly via email.

Other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. In order to be refunded, the items must be in original condition (no stains, tears, or other evidence of wear). If the items do not meet these conditions the return may be rejected or only eligible for store credit.

Sale and clearance items are typically not eligible for return, but may be eligible for exchange, depending on the product. 

Refund returns may be subject to a $5 processing fee.
